Common questions before booking
How quickly can Jose arrive?
It depends on his schedule, where you are, and the time you need. Same-day and after-hours appointments may be possible; Jose confirms availability, and any added fee, before he travels.
What ID do I need?
Each signer needs a valid, current government-issued photo ID, such as a driver license, state ID, or passport. If you are unsure about yours, ask before the appointment.
How much does it cost?
The notarial act itself is set by Texas law: $10 for the first signature or oath plus $1 for each additional signature on the same instrument. Travel, timing, and extras such as printing can add to the total, and Jose confirms the full amount before you book. See Texas notary fees.
What happens after I send a request?
Jose reviews it and contacts you by phone or text to confirm availability and your total. There is no payment and no commitment until you approve.
The fee for the notarial act itself is set by Texas law; see Texas notary fees. Every quote is preliminary until availability, documents, and location are confirmed. A Texas Notary Public is not an attorney and cannot provide legal advice, select a notarial certificate, or prepare legal documents.
